This policy explains how NextStep Digital Solutions LLC handles personal information in connection with nextstep-digital.co and inquiries about our services.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, or account information through an initial inquiry.
How the contact form works
The website processes your contact details and message through our hosting and email service providers and delivers them to our business inbox. We do not store form submissions in a separate website database. Messages are retained in our email service as described below. Technical request information may be used temporarily to prevent spam and abuse. If submission fails, you may email or call us directly.
How we use information
We use information you share to respond to inquiries, discuss potential services, communicate about engagements, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Technical information and cookies
This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details to deliver and protect the website.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers that support our communications and business operations, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We retain inquiry and engagement records for as long as reasonably needed for their business purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We will consider requests under applicable law and any recordkeeping obligations. You can choose to contact us by phone instead of using the form.
Security and third-party services
We use reasonable care when handling information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Third-party websites and email services are governed by their own policies.
Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version. For privacy questions, contact NextStep Digital Solutions LLC at contact@nextstep-digital.co or 818-617-4596.
